  1. Purpose of collecting personal data The company's personal data collection measures are used to identify, retrieve and process customer records so that the company can follow up on customer needs and provide personalized and appropriate services.   3. Collection Method Before purchasing our treatments or products, we will ask you to produce your original Hong Kong identity card and record your identity card number. If you do not wish to produce your original identity card, we reserve the right to provide you with any services or products.

  4. Collection of Personal Identifiers You may be required to provide information that can identify you from time to time, including but not limited to your name, gender, age, identification document number, telephone number, fax number, address, email address, credit card information, education level, occupation, family income, interests and favorite activities, etc. If you refuse to provide such information, the Company may not be able to provide you with appropriate services. If you are under the age of 18, you must first obtain the consent of your parents or guardians before providing any personally identifiable information to the Company.

  5. Direct Marketing Once you provide the Company with personally identifiable information, you may receive phone calls, emails or direct marketing mails from the Company/our affiliates or partners from time to time. If you do not wish to receive such information, please write to the Company's Customer Service Manager together with your name, member number and contact number. The Company may ask you to indicate your intention before registering for any payment service.

  6. When you conduct business with us, we will keep records of all your transactions for audit purposes. Our general policy is to keep the relevant information for a reasonable period of time.

  7. Disclosure of Data The Company may generally share your personal data with its subsidiaries, affiliates and any company in which they have an interest, or transfer the relevant data to them. If you do not want the Company to disclose your information to any third party, please write to the Company's Customer Service Manager together with your name, member number and contact number.

  8. Access to Personal Data You may request access to your personal data by writing to our Customer Service Manager. We will comply with your request within forty days of receipt of your request in accordance with section 19 (1) of the Personal Data (Privacy) Ordinance. In accordance with section 20 (3e) of the Ordinance, if you refuse to make a request for access in the form or in writing, we have the right to refuse your request for access. In accordance with section 28 of the Ordinance, we may charge a reasonable fee for access to your data. However, if you are accessing your personal data for the purpose of making reasonable corrections, we may waive the relevant fee at our discretion.

  9. Correction of Personal Data You must write to our Customer Service Manager to request a change of your personal data and provide the correct information to be corrected. The Company will correct your personal data within forty days of receiving your request in accordance with Section 23 of the Personal Data (Privacy) Ordinance. There is no charge for correction of personal data.

  10. Security The personal data you provide to the Company will be stored in the Company's customer service system and can only be accessed by authorized persons.

Collection of Personal Data Statement As a customer of Sofwave Hong Kong Store, you may need to provide your personal data ("Personal Data") to the Company and its affiliated marketing companies when you try or purchase our services and/or products ("Services"). If the Personal Data is incomplete or incorrect, the Company may not be able to provide or continue to provide the Services to you.

  14. The Company will always keep your personal data confidential. The Company's policies and practices regarding the collection, use, storage, disclosure, transfer, confidentiality and access to personal data are in compliance with the laws of Hong Kong and the Personal Data (Privacy) Ordinance and are set out in this statement.

  15. You agree that the personal data you provide to the Company may be used and stored by the Company for the following purposes and other purposes required by law from time to time:

    (i) Services include:
    (ia) Membership benefits: shopping benefits, value-added benefits, points benefits, joint venture benefits and membership activity benefits.
    (ib) Member services: telephone reservations, applications, daily operations, inquiries, suggestions, complaints, handling and follow-up of suspected suspicious transactions, and renewal and termination of membership services.
    (ic) Product promotion: promotion of products and services of the Zhuan Sheng Aesthetic Medical Group, including but not limited to beauty, body slimming, medical aesthetics, chiropractic, dentistry, ophthalmology, health check-up, laboratory referral, physical examination, laundry, household cleaning, educational courses, financial products, stationery, etc.
    (id)Service feedback surveys to better understand our customers and provide better services.

  17. 2. The Company, its agents, subsidiaries, partners and/or joint marketing companies for the promotion of goods and/or services related to the relevant services and for the promotion of goods and/or services;

  18. 3. Processing interests arising from or related to the services;

  19. 4. Analyze, verify and/or check your credit, payment and/or status for the provision of relevant services;

  20. 5. Process your payment instructions, direct debit arrangements and/or credit arrangements;

  21. 6. To facilitate daily operations of your account and/or to collect the amount due from your account for the relevant services;

You also agree that the Company may disclose and transfer (whether in Hong Kong, Macau, Mainland China or overseas) the Company's right to use, disclose, hold, process, retain or transfer your personal data for the above purposes to the Company's agents, contractors, telecommunications operators, third party collection agencies, credit advisory agencies, security agencies, credit providers, banks, financial institutions, other persons who have a duty of confidentiality to the Company, and the Company's actual or proposed assignees.

If you do not wish to receive marketing information from the Company regarding the services/products provided, or do not wish the Company to disclose, transfer or use your personal data for the purposes described in this paragraph, please notify the Company in writing, specifying your name, member number and contact number.   27. Under the Personal Data (Privacy) Ordinance, you have the right to:

    3. Access your personal data held by the Company in a reasonable manner;
    4. Request the Company to correct inaccurate personal data.
